Responsibilities
- Design and build automations and AI agents for client businesses
- Connect AI systems to the tools and data clients already use
- Ship improvements every month and keep client systems reliable
- Work directly with client teams so solutions fit how they actually operate
- Help onboard clients and support them as their setup grows
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Comfortable working with AI APIs, agents, and prompt-based systems
- Able to take a messy business process and turn it into a working automation
- Clear communicator with non-technical people
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing or consulting work
- Experience connecting CRMs, email, and document systems
- Uses AI daily in their own work
