Responsibilities
- Run hands-on AI workshops for client teams, weekly or every other week
- Coach employees one on one until AI is part of their daily work
- Build SOPs and playbooks that make good AI use repeatable
- Onboard new hires into each client's AI setup
- Track adoption and flag where teams need more support
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience training or coaching people in a professional setting
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Able to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Comfortable leading rooms of skeptical, busy people
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in operations, consulting, or learning and development
- Has introduced new tools or ways of working inside a company before
- Uses AI daily in their own work
